So, last night I had a go at making myself a hot pink bandage mini, similar to the one I featured in the collage in my last post. It turned out quite well considering it was the first time I've used a zip and wasn't working from a pattern. I want to do a remake though, with two side seams and more stretch (very useful for when you want to sit down!).

♥ DIY cavour print tee
♥ Cotton On asymmetrical knit
♥ Sportsgirl leather hooded jacket
♥ DIY bandage mini skirt
♥ Mimco turnlock bag
♥ Scooter satin oxfords
And some good news! This should be the last post with crappy quality photos because I'm buying the Canon Powershot SX10!

WOWWW you're so talented with a sewing machine!!! that looks super pro :)
That camera looks pretty. My photos are bad also, I just have a Nikon Coolpix that is about a year and a half old. What made you choose that camera?
I also need a good space in my house for taking photos which I currently do not have! Oh, I could also use photoshop on my computer.
ARGHHHHH! Your skirt looks cute :)
You did a great job on the skirt! Love the colour.
absolutely love that outfit!

stef - Yay thanks x Sushi
kittentails - Oh well I did a bit of research and from the reviews I read it seemed to be one of the best ones in its price bracket ($500). I much prefer taking photos outside but hate getting wet when it's raining haha x
Neira - Thanks. The tee is another version of the Cavour shirt I printed (I wanted something a bit more subtle than the huge CC's over my chest :p ) x Sushi
auxpaysdesmerveilles, betty & Stacy - Thanks very much! x

P.S.: Thanks for your sweet comment!
Wow, a good camera will make all the difference! I can't afford a new one but the digital camera I am currently using will have to suffice!
Love that bandage skirt, it's amazing for a DIY!
Stain On My Red Shoes - Aw thanks so much :D x
La Couturier - Ah ok I might do that when I do the remake - I had no idea how this one would turn out so I didn't take photos of the (extremely haphazard) process :p I'll let you know! x Sushi

You are so good at sewing!! I always mess up. (Like last night, I hand sewed a bag together for an hour, and then realized that one piece of fabric was inside out. So I had to take it allll apart. D: )
That looks really cute
