I found these pretty photos via The Velvet Bow of the Melbourne show, where I was working last week. I didn't have time to take photos myself so I thought I'd share these photos with you instead. Yes, the photos are actually from the Perth show, but as all the equipment/rides/stands move from city to city, all the show grounds look very similar. Hope everyone's having a great weekend. I saw the Tim Burton exhibition yesterday and am going to see the European Masters exhibition today!
Aren't these just magical? When I first saw them I instantly wanted to leave whatever I was doing and head to a carnival. Pity there were none nearby at the time, haha.
Oh, I always adore the shows in Australia. Looks rather similar to the Adelaide one; how magic are the carousels? I've always enjoyed going, just for the feeling. Trying to grasp a bit of my childhood, as always. xxx
em - Glad you had a great time! It was fun working there too x Sushi
Athena. - I've worked at the Adelaide show too and the show grounds are very, very similar as all the rides/stands/etc are moved from one city to the next. I love the carousel too x Sushi
chow & anonymous - Oh so they are! It looks so much like the Melbourne show that I got confused x Sushi
Studded Rose - Oh no, that's awful! Last time I went to the show, I went on that ride that spins around really fast and you stick to the wall twice in a row and felt so sick and dizzy afterwards. That'll learn me x Sushi
Theresia Natalie - They are gorgeous photos but full credit goes to the thevelvetbow.net! x Sushi
Oooh such amazing photos! It looks so fun!
