{ Cherry blossom season }

This is the first outfit I wore to Melbourne Spring Fashion Week. It was a beautiful, warm day and stayed temperate during the evening too. Being absolutely sick of wearing black opaques all this winter, I decided to brave bare legs for the first time in months! I'm glad to have discovered this lace top at the back of my wardrobe; I bought it online nearly a year ago and promptly forgot about it until now.

I've been picking up a few too many new shoes recently, including a pair of pastel blue Swedish Hasbeens for summer and a pair of pale lavender suede ankle boots from the Myer sale today. I really need to clear some space so, if you're in a shopping kind of mood, all the shoes on my blog shop are currently $15.00 off (no code needed)!

I love your lip colour as well, what is it? :)

Thanks, it's a cheapie one I picked up in the sale bin at Priceline - it's a Revlon lipstick called Renewist Lipcolor that's now been discontinued. I have the Cherry Desirable colour and you can still find them on eBay and online :)

gosh how can your legs be so flawless, sushi?! (mine are still so pale from winter). such a chic outfit- I particularly like how you wore a flesh coloured tank top under your lace. Usually I wear black or white but I've never thought to wear pink- it really lets the lace be the star of the show! x

Sushi replied...

Haha mine were too a few days before these photos were taken. My secret is exfoliating, one layer of Sugar Baby tan cream and the bare tint tights by Razzamatazz which make your legs look smooth and tanned ;)

Oh my goodness, your outfit is beautiful. I really like how intricate the top part of your outfit is! Sheer and lace, lightly flirty but also ever so classy. Especially with that vibrant blue skirt.
